I am going to start journaling my weight loss. If you DO want to read about this, comment here and I'll add you to the filter. This will include (hopefully) daily food entries, exercise logs, and of course weight loss tracking.
I have never been thin, but I want to be healthy. I can't walk up a flight of stairs or play with my daughter at the playground without getting winded. I am 5'6" and weighed 275 when I got pregnant, 319 the day I delivered and I'm currently 268.
My long term goal is 150lbs
My short term goal is to be 250lbs (or less!) by my daughter's 2nd birthday. That's April 20th for those of you who don't know.

I too, am slowly losing. I cut out high fructose from all my foods and lost 10lbs automatically. The stuff puts on belly fat and it is in almost all our processed foods. Why they need to put it in yogurt is beyond me! It isn't good for you either and it's man made.
But, now I need to do some other things to continue the lose. You will be encouraging many people here to stay on track, including me.
